8 Months Later, TC 176 Rules on Quality Policy Question
TC 176 was asked whether an ISO 9001 certified organization needed to literally include words addressing continual improvement, or whether wording that implied continual improvement would be acceptable. Eight months later, they finally made a ruling, although haven’t published it.
