Oxebridge is forming a Q001 Advisory Board to help oversee the new international quality management certification program. As a first step, an Interim Advisory Board is being formed, and Oxebridge is askng for professional volunteers.
The Interim Advisory Board will help chart a path towards ensuring Q001’s acceptance alongside other standards and certifications such as ISO 9001, AS9100 and IATF 16949. Board roles are open to professionals within industry, with a preference to those who work for user organizations of such standards.
The Interim Advisory Board will later be dissolved, once Q001’s launch is more fully underway, to ensure no conflicts of interest exist between Board members and those working in the Q001 certification space. At that time a new Advisory Board will be established with rules prohibiting members from working for any Q001 auditing body, among other restrictions.
Interested parties may read about the specific requirements, and how to apply, on the Advisory Board’s temporary page, here.
