ISO 9001 classes (8-hour class):

AS9100 classes (12-hour class):
- October 6 – 8, 2025 (8 AM to 12 Noon PACIFIC US)
- January 19 – 21, 2026 (8 AM to 12 Noon EASTERN US)
- March 16 – 18, 2026 (8 AM to 12 Noon EASTERN US)
- Cost = $225 per person
Both classes go over their respective standards in detail, and then give instructions on:
- how to perform audits, including process-based audits
- how to use audit results to close the broken PDCA loop in both standards
- how to remain objective and impartial
- how to write nonconformities that are indisputable and drive improvement
- how to use audits as a tool for objectively measuring the effectiveness of the QMS as a whole
