I have added more dates in 2025 for both the ISO 9001 and AS9100 Internal Auditor classes.
The next 8-hour ISO 9001 Internal Auditor class is scheduled for September 22 & 23 (four hours each day). That will be held from 8 AM to 12 noon Eastern US each day. The cost is only $150 per person.
The next 12-hour AS9100 Internal Auditor class is scheduled for October 6, 7, & 8 (also four hours each day). That will be held from 8 AM to 12 noon PACIFIC US time, to help accommodate folks on that side of the world. The cost is $225 per person.
Both classes go over their respective standards in detail, and then give instructions on:
- how to perform audits, including process-based audits
- how to use audit results to close the broken PDCA loop in both standards
- how to remain objective and impartial
- how to write nonconformities that are indisputable and drive improvement
- how to use audits as a tool for objectively measuring the effectiveness of the QMS as a whole
