The Oxebridge Totally Free ISO 9001:2015 QMS Documentation Template Kit has been updated to version 1.5, to include a new Opportunity Register, and other minor tweaks, as follows:
- New “Opportunity Register” created to help assess whether opportunities are worth pursuing.
- Risk and Opportunity Management procedure updated to reflect the new Opportunity Register
- Management Review Minutes form now better addresses all requirements of ISO 9001:2015, as well as addressing Opportunity Register
- Management System Manual features a minor tweak to differentiate between how risks are managed vs. opportunities.
- Made some minor formula fixes in the Risk Register.
