The Ambit Group has awarded a contract for implementation of an integrated IT services management system to Oxebridge Quality Resources International. The resulting system will be compliant to three standards: ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and CMMI-SVC.
The Ambit Group is a Woman-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing management consulting services to the public and private sectors. The company is a leading provider of change management services to the Federal IT community, helping clients develop and leverage their unique people, processes, and technologies. Ambit provides the line-of-sight and situational awareness executives need to manage the risks and maximize the opportunities that come with change.
Oxebridge is partnering with Abridge Technology to provide Ambit with an integrated management system for its IT service offerings, with the goal of simultaneous certification to ISO 9001 (for quality management systems) and ISO 20000 (for service management systems.) This implementation will be built upon the process areas expected for CMMI for Services, and the company will pursue CMMI-SVC level 3 immediately thereafter.
The implementation program is expected to begin in September 2014.
