Kyle Chambers (l) and Christopher Paris (r)
The folks at TexasQA have interviewed me for their popular QualityMatters podcast, and we chatted for about a half an hour about the various problems facing the ISO 9001 certification scheme, as the shadiness of some of the auditors, certification bodies and consultants running around in it.
It’s a pretty fun listen, and I think you’ll enjoy it. I also discuss my penchant for amateur surgery, if you’re looking for a quick kidney replacement done during lunch break. Word is that the show has already gone a little viral in the CB community, which is about right since most CBs pretty much view me as a virus.
