ISO 9001:2015 removed many requirements for documented procedures, to the extent that there’s little left. To help identify what is still required, see the helpful infographic below. This also includes many clauses that imply the need for a procedure, typically where the standard requires you to “define” something. Finally, it includes some recommended procedures you’d be crazy not to have on hand, in most cases.
