[UPDATE: a recording of the live webinar may be viewed here.]

For the last year, I have been quietly working with FactoryQA to cook up something that might well revolutionize AS9100 quality management system access. Yes, it’s got some AI in it, but that’s not the point. Unlike the other folks who are pumping out AI slop and trying to market that as original — hint, it’s not — the planned Oxebridge / FactoryQA is targeted to make AS9100 affordable.

That’s not something anyone out there is offering. They are charging an arm and a leg for typical AI-powered approaches because it’s a buzzword. Real companies don’t want to pay extra for a buzzword.

Instead, the FactoryQA program includes an online QMS option, with the usual modules (corrective action, audits, nonconformities, calibration, etc.), but it’s all powered by Oxebridge IP. Then, an AI assistant helps you develop and customize your documents. Where’s the human-in-the-loop that the headline promised?

It’s packaged with ten weeks of training by me and some others, teaching you how to create and use your QMS. Each week only has a few hours of training (with a few longer sessions for auditing, etc.), so it’s not super labor-intensive.

Where the real breakthrough comes is the cost. This runs one-half to one-third of what you’d spend if you hired Oxebridge to implement your AS9100 QMS from scratch, and actually includes more training.
