ISO released the Final Draft International Standard (FDIS) of ISO 9001:2015, the version that will become the official standard pending some formatting and final voting. Traditionally, no changes occur between the FDIS and released IS version, so if you grab the FDIS currently available, you will in effect have the final text of the final version to be used for certification.
Actual publication of the IS (the really final standard) is due at the end of September.
As of right now, ISO itself isn’t selling it (odd??) but for our US readers you can get it for $88 from ANSI via this link. Brits, you have to dole out 149 duckets to BSI, here.
A quick check found it’s already been leaked, and upload sites like Scribd have multiple copies in different languages. So if you’re a cheapskate and enjoy sailing in the pirate waters of the internet, you know what to do. I found this out after I spent my money, of course, which means either I’m a good citizen, or stupid. You pick.
And, ISO, before you freak out, try reading this. I daresay they know a bit more about the subject than you do.
