Winter Haven FL — Oxebridge Quality Resources International is now expanding its QMS Audit Defense services beyond its existing clients, to any company in the world that is certified to ISO 9001, AS9100 or other QMS certifications.
This service, which starts at only $200, investigates findings issued by registrars, and will help companies challenge illegitimate findings, using the proper methods and communication challenges. If accepted, Oxebridge will conduct a thorough investigation and help prepare both a challenge to the registrar’s review committee, and — if necessary — help escalate the issue to the registrar’s accreditation body. All such challenges are submitted using professional and courteous language, citing the appropriate standards and providing a complete rationale, with evidence, of why the finding is unfounded. If the finding is upheld by the registrar and accreditation body, a full refund is issued.
To date, 100% of challenges submitted by Oxebridge have resulted in a reversal of the illegitimate finding by either the registrar or the applicable accreditation body.
