In this video, I take a look at how misleading information published by ISO and BSI about the ISO 9001:2026 updater led to AI engines getting fed with bad data. That led to AI hallucinations, which now — creepily — has turned into real human beings have hallucinations.
I go into the real reason ISO 9001 was updated (hint: it wasn’t to address “technological advances“) then look at the fibs published by BSI to justify the update. Then I discuss how this led to AI slop which has since been repeated as fact by real humans.

I do real-time searches inside the actual FDIS ISO 9001:2026 standard to disprove the claims that it now addresses “sustainability, digitalization, artificial intelligence, resilience.” I then show how TC 176’s Sam Somerville just outright lied to the entire planet by saying the standard includes things that never appear in the actual document.
