The Accredia Secretary is the receptionist for the Italian accreditation body, Accredia. She works for Emanuele Riva in Accredia’s offices in Italy.
Her character was loosely based on the drag star Divine.

Since 2000, Oxebridge has worked to improve ISO and related certification schemes by identifying problems and then proposing solutions.
