The Oxebridge Totally Free ISO 9001:2015 QMS Template Kit has been updated to version 1.7.
The following changes were made:
- Fixed corrupted CAR Log.
- COTO Log now calculates risks and opportunity ratings by average of the various elements, not the highest of the elements.
- Risk and Opportunity Management procedure updated to reflect using averages, not MAX values.
- File properties fixed (all).
Users are urged to update the three documents noted in bold above.
