Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal OQR candidate would have all of the following traits and experience:

  • Practical experience implementing a standard
  • Excellent word processing skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 2 weeks per month
  • Willingness to learn, despite current experience level

We are looking for individuals with experience in:

  • ISO 9001
  • AS9100
  • ISO / TS 16949
  • CMMI
  • ISO 17025
  • Software Quality Assurance
  • FAA regulations

Working as an OQR Implementation Specialist will require specific training on OQR’s approach and philosophy; this training may be conducted prior to or after your hiring, depending on circumstances, and may even be a condition of hire.

The good news: you won’t need to sell. We deliver the contracts to you.

If you can work to incredible deadlines, while remaining flexible, creative and dynamic, then you are for us. If you enjoy people and can work with the whole spectrum of personalities that client companies present — good and bad — then you are OQR material.
