Only days from now, we’ll finally be releasing my latest book, Surviving ISO 9001: What Went So Terribly Wrong with the World’s Foremost Quality Management Standard, and How to Implement It Anyway<\/span>. You may remember that I released a sneak of the table of contents over half a year ago, but now am happy to leak the entire thing. Have a look, and have your scroll bar ready:<\/p>\n

You’ll notice a few things. First, the clauses are sometimes out of order because screw mathematical order!<\/span>\u00a0Next, you’ll see I added a few clauses that don’t exist, because someone has to do the heavy lifting for the ISO industry. Finally, yes, it’s clocking in at over 400 pages, but that’s the single-spaced original A4-sized manuscript, and not the final typeset edition. It appears that we should hit about 650 page<\/span>s once it’s formatted for a traditional book size. Fortunately, I’m releasing it as an e-book, so you won’t bust a hernia lifting it.<\/p>\n
