It&#8217;s seeking to gather some sense of what people know about Risk-Based Thinking as it&#8217;s defined in ISO 9001:2015. People, be it customers or staff within organisations, will understand this terminology in different ways which could lead to deviations from the standard. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">This survey, which takes about 5 to 10 minutes, aims to understand the different ways in which terminology is interpreted and assess the impacts of ISO 9001:2015 in the quality management systems. By participating in this survey you will allow for a wider understanding of these terms to be analysed and shared.
