“Knowledge Management” is a new concept added to ISO 9001:2015, and while it’s only brushed on lightly in the new standard, it’s a complicated subject that is raising a lot of questions. I think the risk is that users and auditors are going to ignore it, because they don’t know what it is.<\/p>\n

I found a great resource for people wanting to start learning about KM: it’s the RealKM web magazine, at www.realkm.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To get started, I recommend this quick video on “What is Knowledge Management<\/a>.” It’s only 2 and a half minutes long, but should get you properly calibrated. I’m still scouring the site, and it looks like there are some great resources here.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
