I’m featured once again on the QualityMatters podcast<\/a> from Texas QA<\/a>, this time debating the impact of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on ISO’s future relevance. It comes at an interesting moment, as the recent ISO annual conference (this year in Dubai) held a similar debate on ISO’s coming relevance, but never once mentioned Russia or China. I suspect our discussion below was a more honest one.<\/p>\n

I’m joined by Michael Mills, an ISO consultant with Pragmatic Quality<\/a>, and TQA host Kyle Chambers.<\/p>\n

Background: ISO has refused to denounce Russia for its recent invasions, while at the same time increasing its support of China. I argue the two positions are linked, as ISO moves further into supporting dictatorial regimes (did I mention they held their annual meeting in Dubai?) and away from the free world.<\/p>\n\n
