The Fedscoop article reports Garstka&#8217;s role is &#8220;Acting.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Oxebridge was the first source to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oxebridge.com\/emma\/breaking-katie-arrington-out-at-dod\/\">report<\/a> that Arrington had been removed from her position over concerns related to ongoing ethics complaints and investigations.
