It’s highly likely that ITAR is buried as a requirement in your customer’s contract, and ITAR compliance is a mandatory part of your ISO 9001 or AS9100 system as a result. If so, you need to get compliant to ITAR or risk fines — or worse — from the US government. The good news is that ITAR compliance isn’t actually all that expensive or complicated. (Oxebridge does not do ITAR implementations, but we do recommend Mark and AEI<\/a>.)<\/p>\n
