{"id":1906,"date":"2013-05-03T11:40:01","date_gmt":"2013-05-03T15:40:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.oxebridge.com\/emma\/?p=1906"},"modified":"2013-09-03T11:40:16","modified_gmt":"2013-09-03T15:40:16","slug":"management-maturity-model-draft-schema","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.oxebridge.com\/emma\/management-maturity-model-draft-schema\/","title":{"rendered":"Management Maturity Model &#8211; Draft Schema"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Management Maturity Model (AKA &#8220;ALT 9001&#8221;) would be comprised of two levels of &#8220;practices&#8221; (preferred term, rather than &#8220;requirements.&#8221;)<\/p>\n<p>The first level (indicated by the number 1) is the Trunk, and includes practices for all management systems of any type which would be included in the Management Maturity Model schema. A &#8220;fence&#8221; would need to be set up to establish the limits, of course (perhaps excluding financial aspects, etc. &#8212; a point of discussion). These could not alter or contradict the Trunk requirements, but will then add layers of detail specific to the point of focus of the particular Branch module. Modules could include those for generic QMS, EMS, information security management, etc., and\/or could include industry specific requirements (aerospace, automotive.)
