The usual rubbish about it being too easy to achieve a Michelin Star, the old accusations that we want to issue as many stars as possible, stars are meaningless, that sort of thing. As an example, the other day I got a complaint asking me how we could award a star to\u00a0<em>Caf\u00e9 Joe<\/em>\u00a0on Dewsbury High Street, as it was, in their words, \u2018a shit-hole\u2019 \u2013 pardon my French\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cHow did you respond to that?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI simply explained the facts.
