What no one apparently told Carl is that I filed a complaint <\/a>against LRQA for the toolkit, and perhaps spamming me with an advertisement for it isn’t a good idea. He also apparently doesn’t know that LRQA threatened to sue me once, and has implemented a worldwide server ban<\/a>\u00a0blocking me from sending emails to anyone in the LRQA.com domain. So I’m not in a particularly good mood about recommending LRQA nor allowing them to use me to distribute their spam.<\/p>\n LRQA joins two other registrars — Intertek and DQS (formerly UL) — who have some form of ban implemented against Oxebridge.
