Without a functioning complaints-handling infrastructure, IAF members and their certification bodies are free to commit any kind of fraud they want, without any oversight.

ISO 17000-series standards still require the formal processing of complaints, but the IAF/UKAS policy allows bodies to circumvent these rules at will, destroying all records of complaints before they are ever processed.

As a result, any filing of a complaint through the Oxebridge tool would be moot. The IAF has alerted all bodies, everywhere in the world, to automatically ignore any complaint filed through the tool. They have expanded this beyond Oxebridge filings and applied it to any complainant submitting a complaint that might impact the body’s revenue. This includes allegations of crimes, which IAF members are no longer required to investigate, no matter how strong the evidence.

The deletion of the complaint is done in silence, without notification, leaving the complainant entirely in the dark about what may be going on.

This is fraud on a global scale, but until courts and regulators step in, there is no recourse.

As a result, the IAF has already stopped enforcing rules that prohibit CBs from owning consulting companies and then certifying their own work. The IAF has given a green light for CBs to issue certificates without proper audits and to engage in wholesale criminal acts. The end result will be more disasters like Grenfell, more scandals like Randox, and more environmental crises like Deepwater Horizon.

To read more on this, click here.

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

ISO Whistleblower Reporting ToolAs of June 10, 2025, the ISO Whistleblower Reporting Program has been shut down.
