A resent problem showed up when we needed to question ourself if we could hire a person as Quality manager in our headquarter of a ISO/TS business unit with totally no Quality management experiences or even knowledge of quality procedures and processes.

I would like to reaad your responses in order to wider my horizon

Thanks

Ed

A usual question for any kind of organization regarding hiring a quality manager. As an ISO/TS 16949 consultancy we suggest you hire a knowledgable person as quality manager whether he/she is experienced or fresher.
