Good morning to all from a sunny South Africa.

I work in the construction industry in South Africa with most of my focus on power station construction. I have become very involved in the mananagement compliance with a strong emphasis on design & management of the required ISO standards, namely 45001, 9001 and 14001.

The discovery of this site with its host of information and templates for ISO 9001 has been an absolute blessing.

The million dollar question is, does anyone know where I could possibly find sites that will give me similar templates for both ISO 14001 and 45001?

All and any guidance and advice will be greatly appreciated.

I don’t know of any, and if they exist they are going to charge for them.

Good Morning,

I retired from the US Department of Defense this past year after 32 years working as a Government 2nd party Auditor in Quality. My big plans after retirement were to either become a Consultant or find a company that needed an Certified Auditor to perform internal audits.  I choice a company that needed a Certified Auditor. I realized after reading many articles within Oxebridge Quality Resources forums and other Quality Websites that I did not have a strong enough background to be a Consultant nor any further desire. My experience in Auditing is primarily auditing Large Defense Companies with a working AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS). The company I work for now is not in the Aerospace industry but is a company that manufactures cooper fittings for the plumbing industry.  This company at one time (about 15 years ago) was ISO 9001 compliant. However, over the years this compliance has deteriorated to being non-existent. Before I was hired by this Company to be the Lead Internal Auditor the Quality Manager asked me if I liked challenges; he gave me the history of the company and his vision to get the Company back to ISO 9001 compliant. The one problem that he and I agreed too was that neither of us had any practical experience in putting a ISO 9001 system together; yes we have seen and audited procedures and work instructions to Aerospace and Automotive ISO QMS standards but had zero experience creating a ISO 9001 QMS from the ground floor.   This was the “challenge” that the Quality Manager was referring too. I can personally state that the “challenge” has been immense but made so much easier due to the Outstanding ISO 9001 templates and articles provided by Oxebridge Quality Resources.  Our QMS procedures and work instructions have now been written; and we are currently performing Internal Audits. We still have along way to go before we attempt to get ISO 9001 certified but we are headed in the right direction. This would not have been possible without the excellent information provided by Oxebridge Quality Resources.  Once again, I want to thank Chris and his team for the outstanding Oxebridge Quality Resources.

Sincerely,

Calton Mitchell

Lead Auditor/Quality Coordinator

Thanks. I saw an email notification that I had a PM re: this, but the PM never arrived. I’m looking into the forum software here to see where it went. Just wanted you to know I wasn’t ignoring the PM, I never read it — only got a notice that I had one from “Mitch.”

Chris, I had sent you a question regarding the templates but was able to answer my own questions by reading a little deeper. After a few days of the question sitting in your PM and with me finding the answers I deleted the PM….there was no need to bother you with it. Thanks Again.
