I am interested in the Mini Version of the manual. I work for a small manufacturing company and a big bulky system does not seem to fit. I have done some training on the transition and one of the options was a very abbreviated version of the manual. This was intriguing. And, reading through your mini version brought some questions to mind.
Since I am still caught in the 2008 version I am curious about approach the supporting documentation (procedures etc). Is there a sample of how to tie this all together?
There would be a total of three of us implementing the system with me being the lead. Is there a road map of how best to get started?
You would use the Mini Manual but then still need some procedures; you can just pick and choose which ones based on your scope of work. I suggest running the replacement program and letting it populate the entire document set, then only keeping the documents you absolutely need.
